Article 1 (Purpose)

The Service provides the following features:

• Number frequency and statistical analysis
• AI-based number generation service
• Winning store information
• Other lottery-related information services

Article 4 (Service Usage)

• The Service is provided free of charge and can be used without registration.
• The Service is available 24/7 in principle, but may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance.
• The Service may modify or terminate its services after prior notice.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

• Number generation and statistical analysis provided by this Service are for reference only and do not guarantee any winnings.
• All responsibility for lottery purchases and their results lies with the user.
• While the Service strives for data accuracy, it is not liable for damages caused by data errors.
• The Service is not liable for user damages unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property)

Copyright and intellectual property rights for content provided by the Service belong to the Service. Users may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes without prior consent.
