| Range 2 | 11-20 | 10 numbers |
| Range 3 | 21-30 | 10 numbers |
| Range 4 | 31-40 | 10 numbers |
| Range 5 | 41-45 | 5 numbers |
Real Data Analysis
From 1,200+ draws, the appearance rate for each range:
| Range | Per-Number Rate | Total Range Rate |
| 1-10 | ~2.24% | ~22.4% |
| 11-20 | ~2.22% | ~22.2% |
| 21-30 | ~2.23% | ~22.3% |
| 31-40 | ~2.21% | ~22.1% |
| 41-45 | ~2.20% | ~11.0% |
Key Findings
1. Nearly uniform distribution: Each number's appearance rate is very close to the theoretical value (2.22%).
2. The 40s range has only 5 numbers: The 41-45 range has a lower total rate simply because it contains only 5 numbers, but the per-number rate is similar to other ranges.
3. Concentrating on a single range is inefficient: Selecting all numbers from one range does not match past winning patterns.
Recommended Distribution
The most common range distribution from past winning data:
- Select 1-2 numbers from each range evenly
- Include 0-1 numbers from the 40s range
- BALLPICK's Number Generator "Balanced" strategy automatically applies this distribution.
